Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified training partners (institutes/academies/software houses) to deliver free high-tech IT training linked to international certifications under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III.
Program focus: Internationally certified IT training across advanced technologies. Selected partners will deliver courses, prepare candidates for international certification, and meet NAVTTC operational requirements.

Key eligibility & requirements: Principal/vendor partner must be an academy, institute or software house; NAVTTC-registered institutes preferred. Provision of CCTV with IP links is mandatory. Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in International Certifications (Batch II) will not be entertained. No IVs allowed. Further partner selection criteria and compliance to international certification standards will apply.
