Issuer: Military Estates Officer, Peshawar Circle, Peshawar.
Purpose: Notice of proposed transfer/mutation of leasehold rights in respect of premises described as Modern Flats (open plot adjacent to flats in Flat Nos. 3/A-1, 3/A-2, 3/A-3 & 3/A-4), bearing Survey No. 475/B, Peshawar Cantt. The property is held on lease under Schedule IX-A of the CLA Rules, 1937 as per office record.
Background: An application dated 2025-02-14 accompanied by a Letter of Administration dated 2024-01-02 was submitted by Mrs. Johar Aslam stating that co-lessee Mr. Mohd Aslam (Muhammad Aslam) Khan died on 2019-03-21 and requesting transfer/mutation of his leasehold share to his legal heirs by way of inheritance.
