Military Estates Officer, Peshawar Circle, Peshawar issues a public notice concerning SD 161 (Survey No.98-D/161), Peshawar Cantt, held on lease under Sch IX-B of the CLA Rules, 1937 in the name of Lt Col (r) Mohammad Iqbal, who died on 29/8/2025. Mst. Nosheen Iqbal and four others have submitted an application dated 11/5/2026 together with a Letter of Administration dated 11/11/2025 requesting transfer/mutation of the leasehold rights by way of inheritance to the legal heirs: Qurratulain Iqbal (Daughter), Nosheen Iqbal (Widow), SM Rizwan Iqbal (Son), SM Adnan Iqbal (Son), and Sheikh Muhammad Wasim Jamal (Son).
Any person, department, or bank having an objection to the proposed transfer may file his/her objection with this office within 15 days from the publication of this notice; objections filed after the notified period will not be entertained.
