Public Notice: Proposed Transfer of Leasehold – Flat No. 26-A, Peshawar Cantt

Military Estates Officer, Peshawar Circle, notifies that the leasehold of Flat No. 26-A, Survey No. 640/1/26-A, Peshawar Cantt (held under Sch-IX-B of the CLA Rules 1937) is recorded in the name of Mian Musharaf Shah, who has applied to transfer the leasehold rights to his wife, Naheed Musharaf, by way of oral gift.

Anyone having objection may file it within 15 days from publication of this notice; objections received after the notified period will not be entertained.
