GCU Faisalabad Tender: Supply of Hardware Items (Computers & Laptops) — Closing 2026-06-30

Government College University (Directorate of Procurement & Inventory Control), Faisalabad invites sealed tenders from reputed firms/suppliers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for supply of hardware items to be delivered at GCU Faisalabad. Tender documents are available on PPRA and GCUF websites and bids must be submitted on e-PADS through the PPRA portal.

Key requirements & submission instructions:

- Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on Single Stage – Two Envelope (Technical & Financial) bidding procedure.

- Bid Security (refundable) at 5% of the estimated price must accompany bids in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee in favour of "Treasurer GCUF". The original bid security must be received before closing time and date.

- Bids must include Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration Certificates, CNIC and other documents as specified in tender documents. Taxes will be deducted as per Government rules.

- Firms blacklisted by this organization will not be considered.
