NGCP Tender CE-AM-NGC-MM-06-2025-26 — Electrical Welding, Tower Nuts/Bolts & Anti-Rust Paint (Multan-Muzaffargarh II)

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCP) invites sealed bids (Single Stage Two Envelope procedure) from eligible firms for supply and work for the Multan-Muzaffargarh II 500kV transmission line as per Tender No. CE-AM-NGC-MM-06-2025-26.

Scope / Lot:

Eligibility & Documents: Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, appear on the Active Tax Payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and be registered with PEC as applicable. Bidders should refer to IB-3 instructions in the bidding documents for qualification criteria.

Bid Security & Validity: A bid security in the form of a Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, in favour of the designated authority, is required and must remain valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period. The original bid security must be submitted prior to the bid closing deadline.

Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted through the NGCP e-procurement system (EPADS) on or before 2026-06-30 by 15:00 HRS. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 13:30 HRS in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. Note: original bid security must be lodged before the closing time.
