Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for two procurements: (A) Outsourcing of Contact Center Services for the CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center (CCC) under framework contract (EGOV-01); and (B) Procurement of Networking Infrastructure Equipment for Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC) (ITOPS-01). Bidding will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure.

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted on EPADS by 11:00 hours on 2026-06-30. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date. Bidders are responsible for timely uploading on EPADS; PITB will not be responsible for EPADS portal issues. Incomplete, unsigned, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other documents as specified in the tender must accompany bids.
