SEPCO Sukkur Invitation for E-Bids – Transmission Line Towers & Fittings

Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) – Chief Engineer (Development), Project Management Unit, SEPCO Sukkur.

Purpose: National competitive bidding invitation for the supply of transmission line materials (towers, tower fittings, suspension and tension fittings, earthwire fittings, leg extensions and associated accessories) under SEPCO's own resources. Procurement through E-BIDS (single stage – one envelope) on E-PADS platform; only registered suppliers/manufacturers may submit bids online.

Key bidding requirements and instructions:

• Bidders must be registered on E-PADS v2.0 and submit bids online via E-PADS. For registration or training contact E-PADS support as noted on PPRA/E-PADS portals.
• Bidding documents, terms & conditions, bid security, bid validity, evaluation criteria, procurement method and technical specifications are available to registered bidders on E-PADS.
• Bid security is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, valid for 120 days from the date of opening.
• E-Bids must remain valid for 90 days from date of opening. Non-responsive bids with shorter validity will be rejected.
• Submission: Online on E-PADS only. Hard copies shall be submitted as directed in bidding documents where required. SEPCO reserves the right to increase/decrease quantity by up to 15% and to reject any or all tenders per PPRA rules.
