Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the active taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue for provision of HP toners at the PM&DC Head Office. The contract is for one year with possible extension for up to two additional years, procured through a single-stage, two-envelope procedure.
