GCUF Tender: Supply of Hardware Items (Computers, Laptops, Multimedia) — Tender No. 869/49/2025

Government College University, Faisalabad (Directorate of Procurement & Inventory Control) invites sealed tenders from reputed firms/suppliers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for the supply of hardware items to be delivered at GCUF.

Submission & bidding procedure:

• Tender documents may be downloaded from the PPRA and GCUF websites. Bids must be uploaded on e-PADS through the PPRA website and submitted as per the schedule on the PPRA tender portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx).

• Procurement will be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage – Two Envelope (Technical & Financial) Bidding Procedure.

• All bids must be accompanied by refundable Bid Security at the rate of 5% of the estimated price in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee in favour of "Treasurer GCUF". The original Bid Security must be received before the closing time and date. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped bids or bids without bid security will not be considered.

• Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates, CNIC and other documents as mentioned in the Tender Documents must accompany the bids. Taxes will be deducted as per Government of Pakistan and Government of Punjab rules. Firms blacklisted by this organization will not be eligible.

• The University may reject all bids/proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA Punjab rule 35; grounds for rejection will be communicated upon bidder request but no justification will be given as per rule 35(2).
