Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab. PITB invites bids for two procurements: (a) Procurement of Services (Contact Center Agents - Outsourcing) for the project titled "CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center (CCC) PITB" under framework contract (EGOV-01); and (b) Procurement of Networking Infrastructure Equipment for Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC) Project (ITOPS-01).

Procedure: Procurement will be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Technical and Financial bids must be prepared separately, signed, stamped and submitted online.
Document access & submission: Tender documents are available free of cost at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://punjab.epprocure.gov.pk.
Deadline & opening: Bids must be submitted on EPADS by 1100 hours on 2026-06-30. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same date, as per PPRA Rules, 2014.
Notes: PITB will not be responsible for issues on the E-PADS portal; ensure timely upload. For electronic bid submission registration use www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other documents as mentioned in the Tender Document must accompany bids.
