Submission and eligibility requirements:

• Bidders must be financially sound and registered with income tax and sales tax authorities.
• Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee with 100% encashment warranty and minimum validity of 210 days, issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, in the name of Medical Director, The Children's Hospital, UCHS, Lahore.
• Tender document fee: Rs. 300/- (to be submitted as instructed in the bidding documents).
• Complete technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with bidding documents and delivered to the Office of the Medical Director by the stated deadline.
• Bid opening will be held in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
