Pre-Qualification: Air Travel Agency Services for Pakistan Startup Fund (IGNITE/PSPF/2026-27/PROC/01)

Ignite – Pakistan Startup Fund (PSF) invites pre-qualification proposals from qualified, licensed and reputable air travel agencies for the provision of travel agency services to Pakistan Startup Fund under Ref: IGNITE/PSPF/2026-27/PROC/01.

Issuer: Ignite – Pakistan Startup Fund (incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act by the Ministry of IT & Telecom, Government of Pakistan).

Scope: Provision of services of an air travel agency for Pakistan Startup Fund (details and scope are in the pre-qualification document).

Eligibility / Mandatory Requirements:

• Must be a licensed/registered entity with established market reputation.
• Must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
• GST registration where applicable.
• Registered or member of IATA-accredited agencies.
• Demonstrable relevant prior experience as specified in the pre-qualification document.
