Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad – Invitation for Bids for Refurbishment Works (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Directorate of Works, Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad. AIOU has allocated funds for the procurement of various refurbishment services during FY 2026/27 and invites separate electronic bids for individual refurbishment activities.

Eligibility: Eligible contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for FY 2026-27 in the relevant PEC codes, hold active taxpayer status, and possess proven experience executing turnkey refurbishment/interior decoration projects as required by the bidding documents.

Bid Security: Each bid must be accompanied by the required Bid Security in an acceptable form as specified in the bidding documents.

Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADs (eprocure) portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Hardcopy/scan of bid security and other required documents should be uploaded and as per instructions in the bidding document. Bids will be opened at the above date/time at the specified meeting room unless otherwise stated.
