NADRA Tender NADRA-HQ-RFB-78/2026 — Procurement of Hardware Equipment (e-Bid)

Issuer: National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan. Tender No: NADRA-HQ-RFB-78/2026. Procurement of hardware equipment through electronic bidding.

Eligibility: Registered firms having valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and appearing on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR.

Bidding procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope. E-bidding only via the e-Procurement system (EPADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Submission deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 2026-07-13 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened on 2026-07-13 at 11:30 AM. The original hard copy of the bid security must also be submitted on or before 2026-07-13 at 11:00 AM; otherwise the electronic bid will not be accepted.

NADRA reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA 2004.
