PITB Invitation to Bid: Call Center Agents (Outsourcing) and Networking Equipment for CCC & RIC – Deadline 2026-06-30

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed bids for two procurements: (a) procurement of contact center services (outsourcing) for the CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center (CCC) under framework contract EGOV-01; and (b) procurement of networking infrastructure equipment for Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC) under ITOPS-01.

Key instructions: Bidding will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure. Tender documents are available for free download at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Technical and financial bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online via the E-PADS / Punjab eProcurement portal (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) by 1100 hours on 2026-06-30. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day. Bidders must register and submit bids through the e-bidding portal; partial, late, unsigned or non-conforming bids will not be considered.
