The Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP), Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified consulting firms for the selection of a firm to provide consulting services for restructuring the Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication.

Key eligibility & deliverable requirements
  • Firm must have a minimum of ten (10) years of documented verifiable working experience in similar assignments.
  • Demonstrated experience completing at least three (3) projects of similar nature and complexity, including public sector transformation, within the last ten (10) years.
  • Must provide adequate managerial, technical, and local capacity to undertake institutional assessments, organizational restructuring, and change management.
  • Team should include senior lead consultants and key experts with demonstrable experience relevant to the assignment.
Selection & procurement rules Selection will be conducted in accordance with relevant World Bank procurement regulations for consulting services (details available in the procurement documents).
