Tender Notice No. 10/2026 — Multiple Supply & Services Tenders (Opening 07–09 July 2026)

A public sector organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department and maintaining their own offices with telephone/fax numbers for the supply of various items/materials. The procurement covers multiple packages including IT equipment (printers, scanners, servers, computer accessories), cyber security / industrial control spares, protective clothing and PPE (vests, cotton gloves, socks, overshoes, shorts), fitness equipment (treadmill), workshop consumables and spares, paints and related materials, hydraulic/pump items and other consumables. Individual tender packages have specified non-refundable tender fees, tender enquiry numbers and specified opening dates (07-07-2026, 08-07-2026 and 09-07-2026 for different lots).

Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Head (Procurement) on working days (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 and 13:00 on submission of a written request and the non-refundable tender fee in the form of a Bank Draft / Pay Order payable to the Pr. Accounts Officer. Call deposit and cash payments will not be accepted. Tenders will be received up to 13:30 on the respective opening date and opened the same day at 14:00 in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Tenders will not be issued on the day of opening.
