REDAMCO Tender: Exclusive 3-Year Selling Rights for Tetra Pack Milk, Yogurt & Tea Products

Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd. (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways (State-owned enterprise), invites sealed tenders from firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for exclusive selling rights on Pakistan Railway network for a period of three (03) years.

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded from REDAMCO's website (www.redamco.com) or obtained from the REDAMCO corporate office during working hours.

Submission requirements: Sealed tenders for each package, marked at the top right corner and containing the Technical Bid & Financial Bid, must be submitted at the office of the undersigned along with a non-refundable document fee of PKR 20,000 (in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR). Bid security amounts specified above must accompany the bids as instructed in the bidding documents.

Deadlines and opening: Bids must be submitted by 2025-07-08 at or before 02:30 PM. Bids will be opened on 2025-07-08 at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Additional conditions: REDAMCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without incurring liability, and compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 is required. Incomplete or conditional bids and bids without the specified bid security will be rejected. Competitive bidding (Single Stage - Single Envelope) procedure applies.
