AIOU Islamabad Invitation for Bids — Refurbishment Works (Computer Lab, Halls, Committee Room)

Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad invites sealed electronic bids for refurbishment works at AIOU Main Campus. Eligible contractors must be active taxpayers (Income Tax & Sales Tax) and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27 in the relevant PEC codes and have proven experience in executing turnkey refurbishment/interior decoration projects.

Bidding is through the e-Procurement & Disposal System (e-PADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Tender documents, bid submission, and bid opening instructions are available on the e-PADS portal. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded through e-PADS and the original submitted physically as instructed in the bidding documents. Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions in the respective procurement activity's bidding documents.
