Rawalpindi Cantt Board E-Auction for Installation of Digital Screens (SMDS) on Murree Road – 3-Year Term

Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) invites e-auction bids under EPADS Version 2.0 for the installation and operation of digital screens (SMDS) on Murree Road from TM Chowk to Haider Road for a period of three (03) years.

Key details and requirements

- Contract period: Three (03) years from 2026-07-17 to 2029-07-16.

- Registration: All interested bidders must register with EPADS Version 2.0 before participation. Registration link: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/register

- Submission: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; physical, manual, or hardcopy bids will not be accepted.

- Auction closing and opening: Bids will be accepted online until 2026-07-07 at 02:00 PM; bids will be opened/evaluated online the same day at 03:30 PM.

- Bid security: Each bidder must submit a bid security/earnest money of PKR 500,000 in the shape of Pay Order / Bank Draft / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of "Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantt". Original CDR/PO must reach the office of RCB before the bid closing date and time.

- Payment terms: The successful bidder shall deposit 25% (one-fourth) of the annual auction amount immediately after acceptance; further terms and periodic payments will follow the contract conditions.

- Other conditions: Award through e-auction as per government rules; bidders must comply with full terms, eligibility, security, and documentation requirements available on the EPADS portal.
