E-Auction: Installation of Digital Screens (SMDS) on Bank Road, Rawalpindi Cantt — 3-Year Lease via e-PADS V2.0

Issuer: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB), Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantt. E-auction for installation and operation of digital screens (SMDS) on Bank Road from Zone I to Zone IV for a period of three (3) years through the e-PADS Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0.

• e-Auction closing (final bid submission): 2026-07-06 at 14:00 (02:00 PM).
• Online bid opening/evaluation: 2026-07-06 at 15:30 (03:30 PM).
• Auction term: three years (from 2026-07-16 to 2029-07-15).
• Registration and all bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ (manual, physical, or hard-copy bids will not be accepted).

Payment, deposits and guarantees:

• Successful bidder must deposit 25% (one-fourth) of the annual auction amount immediately after closing and acceptance.
• Bidders must furnish bid security in acceptable instrument (Pay Order / Bank Draft / Call Deposit Receipt) in favour of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board, as specified in the EPADS package.

How to participate and obtain documents:

• Register on EPADS Version 2.0 and obtain all bidding documents and terms at the EPADS portal.
