WAPDA Jinnah Hydel Power Station Kalabagh — E-Bids for Centrifugal Pumps & Spare Power Transformer (Closing 2026-07-21)

Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Resident Engineer, Jinnah Hydel Power Station (JHPS), Kalabagh (District Mianwali) invites electronic bids from firms/contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for supply of the following items on DDP basis.

Key instructions:

- Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, and specifications are available for registered bidders on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted.

- Original bids will be opened in the Conference Room of the Office of the Resident Engineer, Jinnah Hydel Power Station, WAPDA Kalabagh, District Mianwali, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Each bidder must submit the required bid security in the form of a CDR in favour of Resident Engineer, JHPS Kalabagh. CDR copy must be uploaded with the electronic bid and the original CDR (along with the non-refundable bidding document fee) must reach the office of the undersigned before the bid submission deadline. - Notification of GRC constituted under Rule-48 of the PPRA Rules, 2004 is available on EPADS and WAPDA/PPRA websites.
