Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad — Directorate of Works invites electronic bids (through e-PAS/e-PADS) for refurbishment works at AIOU Main Campus from eligible contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and active on the tax rolls for FY 2026-27. Bidders must be registered in the relevant PEC code/category and have experience executing turnkey refurbishment/interior decoration projects. Bid security is required as per bidding documents. Scanned copies of bid securities must be uploaded on the e-procurement portal and original/hardcopies submitted as instructed in the bidding documents.
