PIA Invitation to Bid — Hiring Hotel Services for Cabin & Cockpit Crew and Aircraft Engineers (Faisalabad & Lahore)

Pakistan International Airlines Company Limited (PIACL) invites sealed bids from quality hotels registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for provision of hotel services for PIA cabin crew, cockpit crew and aircraft engineers.

How to obtain bidding documents: Download tender documents from PIA website (www.piac.com.pk), PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) or PPRA E-PADS (https://eprocure.ppra.org.pk/ePADS/login). Bidders must be registered on E-PADS to access documents and submit electronic bids.

Tender fee & bid submission: Price of each bidding document is PKR 15,000 (non-refundable), to be submitted as a pay order in the name of PIACL along with the technical proposal. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS. Manual submissions or electronic bids submitted outside E-PADS are not allowed. The original pay order for tender fee and bid security must be submitted as a hard copy with the technical proposal addressed to GM Contract Management, Supply Chain Management Department, PIA Head Office, Karachi.

Deadlines & opening: Bids must be submitted through E-PADS on or before 2026-07-06 at 10:30 Hrs (PST). Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 Hrs (PST) via E-PADS.
