PIA Invitation to Bid – Hiring of Hotel Services for Cabin & Cockpit Crew and Aircraft Engineers (Faisalabad & Lahore)

Pakistan International Airlines Company Limited (PIA) invites sealed bids from quality hotels registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List for hiring of hotel services to accommodate PIA cabin crew, cockpit crew and aircraft engineers.

Eligibility & pre-qualification: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and must be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must register on PPRA/PIA e-procurement portals and be able to submit bids electronically through E-PADS.

Bid documents & fee: Tender documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, are available electronically and can be downloaded from PIA and PPRA websites and via the PPRA E-PADS portal. Price of the bidding document is PKR 15,000 per tender (non-refundable). The original Pay Order for the Tender Fee and Bid Security must be submitted to the GM Contract Management, Supply Chain Management Department, PIA Head Office, Karachi.

Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted through E-PADS. Manual submission of bids without E-PADS electronic bid is NOT allowed. Bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 2026-07-06 at 10:30 Hrs (PST). Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 Hrs via EPADS.
