Millat Tractors Limited has announced the sub-division of its ordinary shares following shareholders' approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 2026-06-05. Each existing ordinary share of Rs. 10/- will be sub-divided into two ordinary shares of Rs. 5/- each. Existing physical share certificates will be cancelled and new share certificates will be issued to entitled shareholders.
