PIA Invitation to Bid: Hiring Hotel Services for Cabin & Cockpit Crew in Faisalabad and Lahore

Pakistan International Airlines Company Limited (PIACL) invites sealed bids from quality hotels registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List for provision of hotel services for PIA crew. Bidders must be registered on PPRA E-PA DS (eprocure.ppra.org.pk) and submit bids electronically through E-PADS.

Key details:

- Tender documents available on PIACL website (www.piac.com.pk), PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) and PPRA E-PADS. Bidders must be registered on E-PADS to access documents and submit electronic bids.

- Price of bidding documents: PKR 15,000 per tender (non-refundable). Payment by pay order in the name of PIACL to be submitted with the technical proposal.

- Electronic bid submission only via E-PADS. Manual submission without electronic bid is not allowed. Original pay order for tender fee and bid security must be submitted as hard copy with the technical proposal addressed to GM Contract Management, Supply Chain Management Department, PIA Head Office, Karachi.

- Submission deadline: 2026-07-06 by 10:30 Hrs (PST). Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 Hrs via E-PADS.

- PIACL reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the tender process in accordance with PPRA rules.
