Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) Islamabad — Invitation to Bid for Refurbishment Works (Closing 2026-07-06)

Issuer: Directorate of Works, Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Main Campus, Sector H-8, Islamabad. AIOU invites electronic bids for planned refurbishment works during FY 2026/27. Eligible contractors must be on the Active Taxpayers List and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2026-27 in the relevant code and category with experience in executing turnkey refurbishment/interior projects.

Key submission details: bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS portal. Scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded on e-PADS and the original/hardcopy submitted as instructed in the bidding documents. - Pre-bid meeting will be held virtually (link provided): https://meet.google.com/psa-kgzf-kux.

- Contractors must be registered with PEC in the specified code/category for 2026-27 and be on the Active Taxpayers List.

- Bids must include the required Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents; a scanned copy must be uploaded to e-PADS and the original submitted as instructed.

- In case of any query or technical difficulty regarding e-PADS contact the PPRA or the AIOU procurement office. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the advertised time in Meeting Room, New ICT Building, AIOU Main Campus, Sector H-8, Islamabad.
