PBC Invitation for Bids — Renting Prime Commercial Land & Properties (Submission Deadline 2026-06-30)

Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC), Headquarters Islamabad, invites sealed bids under PPRA Rule 36(b) (Single-Stage, Two-Envelope Procedure) for renting of valuable and underutilized land and properties at key commercial hubs across Pakistan.

Purpose: Properties are suitable for commercial development including logistics, warehousing, banking, healthcare, medical colleges, hospitals and allied services, marquees, beverage industry, and bus terminals.

Eligibility Criteria (mandatory): Registration with SECP and FBR (Active Taxpayer) including NTN & GST; registration on PPRA e-PADS; valid licenses and relevant experience; affidavit confirming non-blacklisting by any Federal/Provincial Government department and absence of litigation/disputes.

Bid Security & Fee: A bid security equivalent to 2% of the bid value (refundable) must be submitted through e-PADS only. A non-refundable bidding fee of PKR 20,000 should also be deposited in favor of PBC Islamabad. Parties who submitted bidding fee of Rs.20,000/- in the last similar bids shall not need to pay the bidding fee again, as specified.

Submission & Opening: Bids shall be submitted through PPRA e-PADS as well as in hard copy at PBC Headquarters (Room No. 426) before the stipulated deadline. Bidders must ensure submission of complete proposals before the cut-off time.

Deadline: Submission Deadline: 2026-06-30 (1200 hours). Bid Opening: 2026-06-30 (1230 hours).
