PBC Invitation for Bids – Renting Prime Commercial Land & Properties (Closing 2026-06-30)

Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) Headquarters Islamabad invites sealed bids (PPRA Rule 36(b) Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure) from reputed and financially sound entities for renting of valuable underutilized land and properties at key commercial hubs across Pakistan.

Issuer: Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (Headquarters Islamabad)

Intended Use: Commercial development including logistics, warehousing, banking, healthcare, medical colleges, hospitals and allied services, marquees, beverage industry, and bus terminals.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Registration with SECP and FBR (Active Taxpayer), NTN & GST
• Registration on PPRA e-PADS
• Valid licenses and relevant experience
• Affidavit confirming non-blacklisting by any Federal/Provincial Government department and absence of litigation/disputes

Bid Security & Fees: A bid security equivalent to 2% of the bid value (refundable) must be submitted through e-PADS. An earnest/non-refundable bidding fee of PKR 20,000 should be deposited in the form of a pay order in favor of PBC Islamabad. Parties who have already submitted the bidding fee in similar past bids may be exempted from re-paying the fee as specified in the notice.

Submission Method: Bids shall be submitted through PPRA e-PADS as well as one hard copy at PBC Headquarters (Room No. 426) before the stipulated deadline. Bidders should ensure submission of complete proposals before the cut-off time.

Deadlines: Submission Deadline: 2026-06-30 (1200 hours). Bid Opening: 2026-06-30 (1230 hours).
