| Minimum Qualification | Graduation (or equivalent) from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC. Candidates with a Master’s in Business and/or professional certifications (e.g., AIBP, JIBP) will be preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with at least 6 years in a similar SME lending role at a commercial bank. |
| Key Skills / Knowledge | Strong understanding of SME/commercial financing, trade finance, banking regulation and market dynamics; ability to lead a team; ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet targets; proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). |
| Employment Type | Contractual basis for three years (may be renewed at management discretion). Compensation as per NBP policy. |

Primary responsibilities include leading SME Wing operations; supervising unit heads; overseeing end-to-end SME financing portfolios (general financing, seasonal financing, specialized schemes); setting growth targets, sectoral focus and portfolio mix; ensuring timely processing and approval of SME credit proposals in coordination with Unit Heads and CRMG; managing TAT and pipeline tracking; monitoring portfolio quality and market/regulatory developments; supporting policy review, procedure dissemination and capacity building; and performing other assigned duties.
