DHA Lahore Tender: Construction of Masjid in Block-B Phase-XII (EME) — Rs.117M, 18-Month Completion

Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore invites sealed single-stage, single-envelope bids from DHA-registered firms for the construction of a Masjid in Block-B Phase-XII (EME), DHA Lahore. Estimated cost of the project is Rs. 117 Million with a completion period of 18 months.

Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: civil works, public health system, electrical works, fire alarm system, CCTV, HVAC, public address system and associated system works.

Eligibility & submission requirements (summary): firms must be registered with DHA Lahore (in case of joint venture both firms must be independently registered), have relevant experience of similar works, provide valid PEC certificate & DHA registration, and submit proof of past performance/execution (works orders, completion certificates). Bidders must also provide NTN, active taxpayer proof, no-litigation certificate and bank account maintenance certificate. Provision of a valid PEC certificate and DHA registration is mandatory.

How to obtain bidding documents: purchase from the address given (Main Office Complex) between 22-Jun-2026 and 07-Jul-2026 upon payment of Rs. 10,000 and by producing required documents: written request, representative authority letter for collection, valid PEC and DHA registration, proof of similar works, NTN and tax status documents.

Pre-bid meeting: will be held at the 3rd Floor Conference Room, Main Office Complex, Sector-A, Phase-VI (date as mentioned in tender documents).

Notes: Bids must be inclusive of all taxes and duties. DHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning a reason. Award will be made after scrutiny and evaluation of bids keeping in view the best sustainability and interest of the Authority. Final decision will be communicated accordingly.
