PBC Invitation for Bids — Renting of Prime Commercial Land & Properties (Islamabad & Multiple Cities)

Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) Headquarters Islamabad invites sealed bids under PPRA Rule 36(b) (Single-Stage–Two Envelope Procedure) for renting of valuable and underutilized land and properties located at key commercial hubs.

Issuer: Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (Headquarters Islamabad). Purpose: Renting/lease of prime commercial land and properties suitable for commercial development including logistics, warehousing, banking, healthcare, medical colleges, hospitals and allied services, marquees, beverage industry, and bus terminals.

Eligibility Criteria: registration with SECP and FBR (Active Taxpayer) including NTN & GST; registration on PPRA e-PADS; valid licenses and relevant experience; affidavit confirming non-blacklisting by any Federal/Provincial Government department and absence of litigation/disputes.

Submission & fees: Bids must be submitted through PPRA e-PADS and a hard copy delivered to PBC Headquarters (Room No. 426) before the deadline. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the bid value (refundable) must be submitted through e-PADS. A non-refundable bidding fee of PKR 20,000 must also be deposited in the shape of a pay order in favour of PBC Islamabad. Parties who have already submitted the PKR 20,000 fee in a similar recent bidding are exempt from re-paying it for this tender.
