Employer: CMES (Navy) COMCOAST Office, PNS Karsaz, Karachi. Applications are invited for pre-qualification of contractors/firms and submission of tenders for various repair, rehabilitation, water-supply and furniture works on Navy sites. Pre-qualification applications and tender submission deadlines are stated below.

Eligibility & submission requirements:
- Firms/contractors on the approved list of MES contractor or other Government departments having experience of this type of work may apply.
- Contractors not on the approved MES list must furnish valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration certificate and a bank statement showing financial standing, plus details of past work, tools and plants, and experience certificates.
- Contractors suspended or not on approved lists must submit proof and will be subject to evaluation. Earnest money / deposit equal to 2% of the estimated cost (as required) to be furnished as FDR in the name of CMES (Navy) COMCOAST.
- Applicants must complete the prescribed proforma giving past work details (agency, amount, time allowed, actual completion date, progress of ongoing work and departmental performance reports).
Deadlines & procedure:
- Pre-qualification application deadline: 2026-06-29 by 1500 hours.
- Tender submission (for pre-qualified firms): required by 06 July 2026 at 1130 hours; tenders will be opened on 06 July 2026 at 1200 hours.
- CMES (Navy) COMCOAST reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals and to communicate reasons on request; incomplete applications with missing data will not be entertained.
