National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad invites e-bids for the Upgradation of NDMA Warehouses. Eligible firms must be registered with PEC, listed on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and registered on EPADS 2.0. The contractor will be responsible for after-sales service at the site.
Register and submit electronic bids at https://pa.epads.gov.pk/ by 1100 hours on 27 July 2026. Bids must include bid security as specified in the bid-data sheet (Pay Order/Demand Draft/Bank Guarantee). The original bid security and a hard copy of bidding documents must be delivered to NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad, by the same deadline. Electronic bid opening will occur at 1130 hours on 27 July 2026.
