Tender Notice: Supply of Rations, Poultry, Meat and Horse Feed for Cadet College Kohat (2026-27)

Issuer: Principal, Cadet College Kohat.

Sealed tenders/quotations are invited from contractors with experience in well known institutions for the following contracts. Tender/quotation forms are available from the Accounts Office on cash payment on any working day. Forms must be submitted in sealed covers addressed to the Principal and marked "TENDER FOR (item)".

Submission and opening: Completed tenders must reach the Principal's office at 1100 hrs on or before 15 July 2026. Tenders will be opened the same day at 1100 hrs in the office of the Deputy Director (Finance), C.C.K in the presence of tenderers.

Conditions: Tenders not accompanied by a call deposit of 2% of the estimated cost payable at a scheduled bank will be invalid. The earnest money of the successful tenderer shall be converted into security; earnest money of others will be refunded. All government taxes will be deducted at prescribed rates from contractors' bills. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014, after assigning valid reasons.
