RFQ: Procurement of ICT Equipment for PCMU KP-RIISP, Peshawar

Purpose: Request for Quotations (RFQ) for supply of ICT equipment for PCMU KP-RIISP. RFQ document and specifications can be downloaded from: https://pndkp.gov.pk/tenders

Items to be procured:

Eligibility and requirements: Suppliers must have a minimum of five (05) years' experience in similar supplies; valid NTN and STRN and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR; must not be blacklisted by any government/semi-government organization in Pakistan or by the World Bank.

Quotation and bid conditions: Quotations must be valid for 90 days from submission deadline. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes. A bid security equal to two percent (2%) of the quoted bid price is required in the form of Bank Guarantee, Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a nationalized/scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable in the name of Project Director PCMU KP-RIISP.

Submission and opening: Mark the envelope on the right-hand corner with "RFQ for ICT Equipment". Deadline for submission is 2026-07-09 at 2:00 pm. Quotations will be opened on the same date and time in the office of Chief RD / Project Director PCMU KP-RIISP, Planning & Development Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar.
