Assistant Commissioner Mirpur Bathoro announces Special Revision (Re-writing) of Record of Rights for Deh Reil Molchand, Tapo Bannu

Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Mirpur Bathoro, District Sujawal dated 2026-06-15 announces a Special Revision (Correction and Verification) and provisional re-writing of the Record of Rights (Deh Form VII-A) for Deh Reil Molchand, Tapo Bannu, Taluka Mirpur Bathoro. The campaign has been launched pursuant to the Board of Revenue Sindh decision of 28 February 2025 and under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967; corrected and verified records will be certified by the First-Grade Assistant Collector in accordance with sub-sections (11), (12) and (13) of Section 42.

The provisional re-writing register lists Khatedars (landholders), fathers' names/caste, survey numbers, pattis/ Bhaago, areas and recorded transactions/mutations. Any person having an objection regarding ownership, survey number, area or any other entry must file their written objection in the office of the Assistant Commissioner, Mirpur Bathoro within 15 days of this notice (issued 2026-06-15). If no objection is received within the period, the records will be finalized and re-written in favour of the listed landholders.
