Issuer: Office of the Incharge Nazir, Special Court for Cooperative Societies, Karachi Division. Purpose: Conduct of election for President and the entire Committee of Incholi Cooperative Housing Society Ltd. under the Court’s supervision as per High Court order C.P. No. D-6317/2025.
Election date and venue: The election by secret ballot will be held on 2026-07-19 at 10:00 AM at Moments Banquet, Plot No. 199, Block-3, BMCHS Road No. 15, Sharafabad (near Bahadurabad), Karachi.
Important eligibility, fees and submission rules: Members must hold the qualifying share of Rs. 500 to file nomination. Nomination forms may be obtained from the Special Court office on production of a copy of CNIC against payment of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable). Provisional and final lists of members/voters may be obtained from the Court office on payment of Rs.150. Entry to polling premises will be allowed to members/voters only on production of CNIC; proxies are not permitted.
