GIK Institute Topi — Prequalification for Fresh & Dry Food Suppliers (Tender GIKIPDIFCD-1136/26)

The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute), Topi, invites sealed proposals for prequalification of suppliers for the supply of fresh items (fruits, vegetables, beef & mutton) and dry grocery/ration items (spices, pulses, rice, sugar, salt, etc.). Applicants must hold valid NTN and GST registration and have at least five years' relevant experience. Suppliers may apply for one or both categories; separate, clearly marked sealed applications are required for each category.

Prequalification documents are available from the Procurement Office (09:00–17:00) or via www.giki.edu.pk. Submit sealed applications with a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,000 to the Assistant Director Procurement, GIK Institute, Topi, Swabi by 2026-07-29 at 15:00 hours; submissions will be opened the same day at 15:30.
