Defence Housing Authority, Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to submit Expressions of Interest to operate the existing fully developed fuel station facility in DHA Phase-V. Monthly reserved rent is Rs 4 Mn with an upfront land utilization payment of Rs 400 Mn as per DHA's terms and conditions.
EOIs must include company profile, relevant experience in operating fuel stations, financial capability and any proposed concept; company details will be provided to shortlisted OMCs.
