Banking Court No.1, Larkana Division has issued notice in Suit No.76/2026 filed under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance XLVI of 2001, Section 9(1). The suit, brought by TBL, seeks recovery of Rs 1,353,688 from Aziz Ullah Somro (son of Mahram), resident P.O. Mian Sahib, Tehsil Khanpur, District Shikarpur.
The matter is fixed for hearing on 2026-08-06 at 08:30 AM before the Banking Court No.1, Larkana.
