Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Annual Auction Notice – Auctions on 2026-07-27

Issuer: Office of the Director Taxes, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Notice date: 2026-06-17.

An annual public auction for Hyderabad Municipal Corporation for the financial year 2026-27 will be held on 2026-07-27 at 11:00 AM at Jinnah Hall, Main Building, BSMC, Hyderabad. If parties do not participate the auction will be held again on 2026-07-28 and, if necessary, on 2026-07-29.

Key terms: No defaulter/contractor is allowed to participate. The successful/highest bidder must deposit 10% of the contractual amount in favor of HMC at the time of award and pay applicable taxes (10% income tax and 10% SRB) before taking possession. Auction terms and conditions are available in the HMC office during working days and office hours.

Required documents: NTN registration certificate; Income Tax Returns for the last 2 years; affidavit on non-litigation/blacklisting on Rs.100/- stamp paper; bank guarantee/security deposit records for previous years (as applicable); evidence of relevant experience (last 3 years). Originals may be required at award.

Additional notice: All tenants of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation are required to deposit monthly rent and arrears as per the municipal rules; tenants must comply with instructions of the Director Taxes.
