Pre-Qualification Notice for Poultry Feeds Manufacturers / Authorized Dealers — Poultry Research Institute Rawalpindi

Eligibility & Requirements: Firms must be registered manufacturers or authorized dealers with valid registration with relevant authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax as applicable). Pre-qualification evaluation will consider manufacturing/processing capacity, past performance, capability with respect to feed plant and storage facilities, financial position, taxation documents and a valid Feed Mill Registration License.

Procurement Rules & Documents: Procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014 (as amended). Pre-qualification documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and submitted only via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Other Conditions: All applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The institute will not be responsible for cost or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation of their documents. The PPRA rules for receiving, opening and awarding apply. Bidders must follow instructions and timelines published on the e-Procurement portal.
