The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad invites e-bids from PEC-registered firms for the upgradation of NDMA warehouses. Bidders must be on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and registered on EPADS 2.0; firms are required to provide after-sales service for installed systems.
Submit electronic bids online at https://pa.epads.gov.pk/ by 1100 hours on 2026-07-27. Bids must include bid security as per the bid-data sheet (Pay Order/Demand Draft/Bank Guarantee); the original bid security and a hard copy of bidding documents must be delivered to NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad by the same deadline.
