Office of the Market Committee, Bahawalnagar invites sealed bids by public auction (نیلام عام) for annual lease of market shops/stalls for the financial year 2026-27. Prescribed bidding forms and conditions are available from the Market Committee office. Bids must be submitted with required security in the form of CDR/pay order and applicable non-refundable registration fee. See lot details and bid requirements below.

- Bid forms available and bids accepted from 2026-06-27 (as per notice) until 2026-07-03, 11:00 AM.
- Sealed bids must be received by 2026-07-03 at 11:00 AM.
- Bids will be opened on 2026-07-09 at 11:00 AM in the Market Committee office in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Security and payment: Earnest money (security) equal to 10% of the reserve price must accompany each bid in the form of CDR/pay order. Non-refundable registration fee as shown per lot must also be paid.
