EOI for Appointment of Statutory (External) Auditors — NPPMCL

National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed Chartered Accountant firms for appointment as Statutory (External) Auditors for three years commencing FY 2026–2027. Firms must have valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration and meet eligibility criteria including minimum 20 years' practice, satisfactory QCR rating of ICAP, audit experience of listed companies, public sector and energy sector entities, at least 15 Chartered Accountants and eight partners employed by 31 December 2025.

Submit signed EOIs with authenticated documentary evidence via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 2026-07-24 at 11:00 AM. EOIs will be opened on EPADS the same day at 11:30 AM.
