National Power Parks Management Company (NPPMCL) invites Expressions of Interest from reputable Chartered Accountant firms for appointment as Statutory (External) Auditors for a three-year term commencing FY 2026-2027. Submissions must be uploaded on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 2026-07-24 at 11:00 AM; EOIs will be opened on EPADS the same day at 11:30 AM.
Essential eligibility includes valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, entitlement under Audit Oversight Board regulations, minimum 20 years' practice with satisfactory ICAP QCR rating, audit experience of listed, public-sector/government-owned and energy-sector companies in the last three years, and staffing of at least 15 Chartered Accountants and eight partners by 31 December 2025.
