SECP Careers: Joint Director (HR) & Deputy Director — Islamabad (Contract)

Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) invites applications for two Islamabad-based contractual positions in the Human Resource & Training Department: 1x Joint Director (HR) and 1x Deputy Director. Appointments will be on a three-year contract (extendable) and applications must be submitted online via the SECP careers portal.

Key requirements: Joint Director requires a minimum of 16 years of education in HR/Business/Public Administration or related fields with at least 10 years post-qualification HR experience; Deputy Director requires 16 years of education in Finance/Accounting or related discipline (or CA/ACCA/ACMA) with at least 6 years post-qualification experience. Age limits are 45 years (Joint Director) and 40 years (Deputy Director) as on the closing date; Deputy Director candidates with ≥3 years’ regulator experience may receive a 5-year relaxation.
